At 1V9, we stand behind every product we sell. Since all of our products are custom printed on demand just for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to sizing issues or change of mind — so please check sizing charts carefully before ordering.

However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a print error, we will replace it or refund it at no cost to you. Just contact us at [YOUR EMAIL] within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and we'll make it right — no hassle, no argument.
